Worship

At the heart of our congregational life is the weekly worship service. Jubilee is a small church family, with a membership of around 120 and an attendance on a Sunday morning of around 50 to 70, with a variety of ages. We dress informally and sit on comfortable, cushioned chairs in the sanctuary.

Most of our worship services begin at 10:45 a.m. and at times there are Christian education classes for adults. We begin our service in song, lead by a music team with piano or keyboard or guitar and sometimes drums and a mix of traditional and contemporary music.

Following the sermon, we have a time of sharing and prayer which invites people to share their praise items, concerns, and prayer items with the church family. Approximately every six weeks the service includes communion.
